School Library Journal, a supporter of the Lilead Fellows Program, has published the fourth article of the Take the Lead series, a monthly series focusing on and written by the Lilead Fellows. In her article, Lilead Fellow Leslie Yoder shares her wisdom of three strategies to lead brave as a library advocate and activist.

Yoder is the former district library services supervisor for Saint Paul Public Schools, the largest school district in Minnesota. She will join the University of St. Catherine MLIS program as an adjunct instructor in 2017.
