Kerry Townsend is the Library Media Coordinator for Columbia Public Schools in Columbia, MO. Kerry has been a high school english teacher, middle school media specialist and instructional technology specialist prior to becoming the district coordinator.  Kerry worked on Missouri state committees to revise school library standards and the school library evaluation. She is especially interested in how school librarians are technology innovation leaders in their respective buildings as well as how school librarians can be a force for social justice in school and local communities.  You can find her on twitter at @kltown.
