2015-2016 Lilead Fellow Cathi Fuhrman recently celebrated with her Hempfield School District Librarians as they accepted an award for Outstanding School Library District at the Pennsylvania School Library Conference. The Outstanding School Library District Award is awarded each year to the best school library program which represents an integral part of the educational program of students.
