Fellow Kate Moore speaks about strategic positive exposure in San Ramon Valley Unified School District, where she serves as curriculum coordinator. She and the district librarians have been working to shine a light on library problems and practices, issues and ideas, and structures and solutions. They have worked hard to shift the norm from “perception = reality” to “reality = perception.” Her librarians are getting out, speaking up, and making a difference:
